ONline Therapy
Online therapy is an effective and convenient way to receive mental health support through a confidential video platform. Whether you’re seeking therapy for mood or behavioral difficulties, looking for an experienced play or art therapist, or experiencing increased stress, anxiety, or depression, online therapy allows you to receive support without needing to come into the office.
Convenient, confidential support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Therapy that meets you where you are.
Children, teens, and young adults can all benefit from online therapy. With virtual sessions, you can connect with your therapist from the comfort and privacy of home while still receiving personalized support for what you’re experiencing.
For parents, it’s completely understandable to wonder whether a child will be able to stay attentive or engaged during an online session. Play Therapy can be effective through video therapy appointments, and during an initial phone consultation, we’ll discuss what online therapy could look like for your child and whether it feels like the right option.
There is also the opportunity to transition to in-person counseling in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions About Online Therapy
-
Yes. Our therapists are licensed in Pennsylvania, so the client needs to be physically located in Pennsylvania during each session. The good news is that this means we can work with children, teens, and young adults anywhere in the state, not just around Lancaster. If you're a college student, traveling, or temporarily out of state, let your therapist know ahead of time so you can plan together.

Online sessions look a lot like in-person ones, just from your own space. Many teens and young adults actually find it easier to open up from home, and virtual sessions can make it much simpler to fit therapy around school, work, sports, and everything else. Your therapist may use talk therapy, creative activities, or other approaches, depending on your goals and what feels most comfortable.
