Growth doesn't have to happen alone.

Our groups and workshops bring individuals together to learn, connect, and gain insight in a supportive, guided setting. They're a great option if you want something more structured than going it alone, more collaborative than individual therapy, or simply a new way in.

Circle of Security Parenting™

An 8-week virtual parenting group for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–6.

The Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP™) group is a supportive, attachment-focused parenting group designed to help parents better understand what their child is communicating through their behavior and respond in ways that support emotional security, connection, and healthy boundaries.

What to Expect

  • 8 consecutive weeks

  • One-hour virtual sessions

  • Short parent-child video examples

  • Guided learning and reflection

  • Supportive group discussion

Rather than focusing on quick behavior fixes, parents learn to better understand the emotional needs beneath their child’s behavior, respond with both warmth and structure, and build confidence in their role as their child’s secure base.

This is a parent education program, not therapy, and is facilitated by Taylor Ohrum, LCSW, a trained Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator.

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Are parenting a child between birth and age six

  • Want to feel more confident and grounded in everyday parenting moments

  • Are interested in attachment-based parenting and emotional connection

  • Find yourself unsure how to respond during meltdowns, transitions, or separations

  • Want support that feels thoughtful, realistic, and respectful

Parents often share that this group helps them feel calmer and clearer in hard moments, not because parenting becomes easy, but because they better understand what their young child needs and how they want to show up.

This group may not be the best fit if you:

  • Are looking for quick behavior fixes, reward charts, or scripts

  • Prefer a highly directive or skills-only parenting class

  • Are not open to reflection or discussion as part of learning
