Holly is an integral part of the “behind the scenes” at Cool Creek Counseling. She manages many of the administrative details that keep things running smoothly, including billing, insurance coordination, and new client onboarding. Holly is often the first point of contact for new families and helps ensure that your experience with our office is organized and supportive from the start. You may receive an email or call from Holly if we need additional information, have updates for you, or simply to help guide you through the next steps. Her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach helps create a welcoming and efficient experience for all our clients.
